1. Individually agreed terms
Terms for returns, quality claims, samples, shipping and refunds are agreed with each customer per order and set out in the quote or order confirmation.
2. Custom-made products
Products are made to the design and specifications you approve before production.
3. Quality concerns
If you have a concern about a delivery, contact us with your order number, a short description and photos or video. We review each case and agree a solution with you.
